***Daisy stems are not naturally sturdy and these have been glued to a wheat stem to ensure they last for several months. Each flower has been hand glued to a sturdy wheat stem to give them your desired length of approximately 16 inches***

The stems are easily trimmed to fit any vase, making it simple to display the flowers in your desired arrangement. Due to their delicate petals, shedding is natural and some of the stems could potentially break in transit which is why we try to give more than advertised.
With proper care and storage, these dried daisy flowers can last for months, adding a constant reminder of nature's beauty to your daily life.

These are natural flowers glued to wheat stems. There will be some glue residue/string floating around but can easily be removed with your hand. Petals will still continue to fall off through shipping and use and that is natural. Please note that vibrancy and color can change throughout use and difference in screen color. Unless the flowers are severely damaged (10%>) there will be no refunds for your bouquet. The pictured vase is not included but measures 8" tall and 3.5 inches wide. Thank you for your support :)

Free standard shipping with any order in the US. Products will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase not including holidays. You can upgrade shipping to include insurance in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged items. Buyer takes responsibility for securing the package when shipping without insurance.
Return policy

Eucalyptus Blooms does not offer returns or refunds on fresh products. All nonperishable items can be returned if unopened and unused and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to Charlotte, NC. Our company ensures that products will arrive fresh and in the advertised state of freshness. Returns for disliking a scent are not permitted due to how subjective scent is. You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing the order at no charge. Once an item has been shipped we are unable to change the order and you will be responsible for any costs in remaking and reshipping your order.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eucalyptusblooms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours after receiving to contact us with pictures and evidence of damage or incorrect items.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, eucalyptus, lavender, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
