Longevity
Stays fresh for 1 to 2 weeks before drying naturally. Once dried it can remain in your shower as long as no mold is present. Alternatively, separate each bundle and place in vases around your home for ongoing botanical decor.
A Note on Scent
Due to the size and variety of eucalyptus used, this set will have little to no scent. It is designed as a decorative piece first. Squeezing the stems gently can help release some aroma. If gifting, please open the box upon arrival and display immediately rather than keeping it in the packaging.

Free standard shipping with any order in the US. Products will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase not including holidays. You can upgrade shipping to include insurance in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged items. Buyer takes responsibility for securing the package when shipping without insurance.
Return policy
Return policy
Eucalyptus Blooms does not offer returns or refunds on fresh products. All nonperishable items can be returned if unopened and unused and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to Charlotte, NC. Our company ensures that products will arrive fresh and in the advertised state of freshness. Returns for disliking a scent are not permitted due to how subjective scent is. You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing the order at no charge. Once an item has been shipped we are unable to change the order and you will be responsible for any costs in remaking and reshipping your order.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eucalyptusblooms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours after receiving to contact us with pictures and evidence of damage or incorrect items.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, eucalyptus, lavender, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
