At Eucalyptus Blooms, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on fresh products, including eucalyptus bundles. This is due to the perishable nature of these items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please document your issue with pictures and all packaging that it came with. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Perishable Items

If you have purchased a non-perishable item from us and wish to return it, you may do so if the item is unopened and unused. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our physical address in Charlotte, NC. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility and Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions

There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, eucalyptus, lavender, flowers, or plants. Additionally, custom products and personalized items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item, please contact us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
