Is eucalyptus harmful to pets?

As founders with 3 dogs and a bunny, we know that taking your pets into consideration with a new product is important. If pets chew on or digest eucalyptus then it could potentially be harmful or deadly to them. Although most of the time it is just an upset stomach, you should still be very cautious to ensure they do not eat any eucalyptus. If your pet consumes eucalyptus, please consult with a veterinarian.

How do I use eucalyptus?

Each of our products come with printed instructions on how to use them. These detailed instructions will help you get the most out of your purchase and ensure that you are using the products correctly.

Are there harmful chemicals on your products?

At Eucalyptus Blooms, we try to use only all natural products. We are unable to guarantee a chemical free product because it is grown close to other crops that are sprayed with chemicals and it can spray over. We do recommend rinsing off each of our fresh eucalyptus products before using. 

What are the health benefits of your products?

Each of our products naturally help out in many different ways. Look at each of our products description to get the full breakdown of the health benefits. We only claim the benefits that have been proven by many scholars to be true and do not embellish any of our products natural powers.

ORDER ISSUES

What do I do if my fresh eucalyptus bunch is dry?

Eucalyptus can be a very sensitive to extreme weather conditions and can dry out if it gets too hot during shipping. Although dry eucalyptus is still great for decor (don't throw it out) we know that isn't what you wanted. Please contact us immediately upon inspection of your product letting us know with a picture attached.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Oversights happen because we are human! If you are missing any part of your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package to let us know. Our customer happiness team would be glad to help resolve any issues you may have!

How long does my shower eucalyptus last?

One of our biggest questions is how long will your eucalyptus last in the shower and how often will it needs to be replaced. This answer will vary by situation, time of year, and climate but generally the eucalyptus stays fresh and soft for 1-3 weeks.

After that it will begin to dry out but still look great in your shower as decor for about a month. Our team recommends changing your bunch every 3-6 weeks.

Can I send this as a gift?

Of course! Each of our packages are carefully wrapped and shipped. We do not include any prices or other promotional items in our packages making it perfect for anyone to unbox as a gift.

Why is my package taking so long to ship?

Dealing with mostly all fresh eucalyptus, we want to ensure you get the best branches possible. Our typical processing time is between 3-5 business days. We cut all of our eucalyptus over the weekend and ship out early in the week to avoid the packages sitting over the weekend.

**UPDATE** - we ship with USPS with package tracking. Your package will be either first class or priority. No shipping service is currently guaranteeing any packages to get to their destination on time. Tracking may not update at all until it is delivered so please be patient! Contact us if it has been an excessive amount of time (1 week or longer) after your label has been printed and you still do not see tracking information.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ: ***YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SMELL IT***

Eucalyptus has a earthy or menthol like scent. Some people smell the aromas very strongly, while others experience just a faint scent or hardly any at. We pick our freshest stems but it is impossible for us to pick only ones that smell strongly.

With the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns.

My package was "returned to sender" now what?

Depending on the item that was returned we will have a different solution.

  • If the item is perishable we will offer a 15% off discount code to reorder to the correct address. This is because we offer free shipping and we are also unable to reuse the product that was sent back. 
  • If the item is nonperishable we will charge you shipping costs plus a $5 repackage and handling fee to resend to the correct address.
